Directions for Use

Take one to two tablets twice daily before meals with water, or as directed by your doctor or Ayurvedic practitioner. Use consistently alongside the diet, exercise and prescribed medicines your clinician advises. Monitor blood sugar regularly, as supportive herbs can add to the effect of diabetes medicines.
