Kotex Tampons Regular (16 pack) offer discreet, secure internal protection for normal menstrual flow. The regular absorbency expands gently inside the body to lock flow away, giving freedom to swim, exercise and wear any clothing with confidence and no visible protection. Easy to insert and comfortable to wear, they are a practical everyday choice for active women through the main days of their period.

Directions for Use

For internal use. Wash hands first. Get into a comfortable position, gently insert the tampon into the vagina using the applicator or finger as directed on the pack, and remove the applicator. Change every 4-8 hours; never leave a tampon in for more than 8 hours. Use the lowest absorbency needed for your flow. Wash hands after insertion and removal. Dispose of used tampons in a bin. Do not flush.
