Overview

Lemsip Cold & Flu Lemon Sachets (10 pack) are the classic hot lemon remedy for cold and flu misery. Each sachet combines paracetamol 650mg to ease headache, sore throat, body aches and fever, with phenylephrine 10mg to unblock a stuffy nose and sinuses. All in a comforting hot lemon drink that soothes as you sip. The warm drink itself eases a raw throat while the medicines get to work, making Lemsip a comforting go-to for people riding out a heavy cold at home or at work.

Paracetamol 650mg and phenylephrine hydrochloride 10mg per sachet, with lemon flavour. Contains sucrose.

Directions for Use

Adults and children over 12: empty one sachet into a mug, fill with hot (not boiling) water, stir until dissolved and sip while comfortably warm. Sweeten with honey or sugar if desired. Repeat every 4-6 hours as needed. Maximum 4 sachets in 24 hours. Do not take with any other paracetamol-containing product. See a doctor if symptoms persist beyond 3 days.

Contains paracetamol. Overdose causes serious liver damage; never exceed 4 doses daily or double-dose with other paracetamol products. Avoid with high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, glaucoma, prostate enlargement, overactive thyroid, and MAOI antidepressants (phenylephrine). Not for children under 12. Consult a doctor before use in pregnancy, breastfeeding, or with liver or kidney problems. Limit caffeine while unwell. Store below 25°C.
