Lemsip Max Cold & Flu Blackcurrant Sachets (5 pack) are the comforting hot drink that fights back. Maximum-strength paracetamol 1000mg to crush headache, body aches, sore throat and fever, with phenylephrine to clear stubborn nasal congestion. Stirred into hot water, the soothing blackcurrant warmth brings relief you can feel from the first sip.

Directions for Use

Adults and children 16+: dissolve one sachet in a mug of hot (not boiling) water, stir and sip while comfortably warm. Repeat every 4-6 hours as needed, with a maximum of 4 sachets in 24 hours. Do not take with any other paracetamol- or decongestant-containing product.

Contains paracetamol. Never exceed 4 doses in 24 hours or combine with other paracetamol products; overdose causes serious liver damage. The decongestant is unsuitable for people with high blood pressure, heart disease, hyperthyroidism, glaucoma or those taking MAOIs, and use caution with diabetes and prostate problems. Not for children under 16. Seek medical advice if symptoms persist beyond 3 days or worsen. Limit alcohol.
