Directions for Use

For oral rinsing. Pour about 20ml (per the pack) into the cap, rinse vigorously around the mouth and between the teeth for about 30 seconds, then spit out. Do not swallow. Use twice a day after brushing, and avoid eating or drinking for a short while afterwards. Do not dilute. Supervise older children if they use it.
