Overview

Lobak Tablets are a prescription combination medicine for painful muscle conditions, containing diclofenac, paracetamol and chlorzoxazone. Diclofenac (an anti-inflammatory) and paracetamol relieve pain and reduce inflammation, while chlorzoxazone is a muscle relaxant that eases muscle spasm. Together they relieve the pain, stiffness and discomfort of conditions such as back and neck pain, sprains, strains, and other painful muscle spasms, helping adults move more comfortably during recovery.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. Lobak is usually taken with or after food, swallowed whole with water, for the shortest time needed to control symptoms. Do not take other paracetamol- or anti-inflammatory-containing medicines at the same time, to avoid overdose. Do not change the dose or take it for longer than advised.

This is a prescription medicine for adults. May cause drowsiness or dizziness. Avoid driving and alcohol. NSAIDs (diclofenac) can cause stomach irritation, ulcers or bleeding and affect the kidneys and heart. Not suitable with an active ulcer, severe heart/kidney/liver disease, or if NSAIDs trigger asthma. Do not exceed the paracetamol limit. Avoid in pregnancy (especially late) and breastfeeding.
