Flexilor SR Tablet is a pain relieving medicine. It is used for symptomatic treatment of acute mild to moderate pain and inflammation in patients of osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. Flexilor SR Tablet is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that are responsible for inflammation (pain and swelling).
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Flexilor SR Tablet is to be taken empty stomach.
The most common side effects of this medicine include mild headache and dizziness, nausea, abdominal pain, upset stomach, diarrhea, and vomiting. If any of these side effects persist or get worse, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may be able to suggest ways of preventing or reducing the symptoms. Before using it, you should let your doctor know if you have a history of stomach ulcers, heart diseases, high blood pressure, and liver or kidney disease. Let your doctor also know about all the other medicines you are taking because they may affect, or be affected by, this medicine.
