Directions for Use

Wash and dry hands. Insert an Accu-Chek Active test strip. The meter switches on automatically. Prick the side of a fingertip with the lancing device, touch the blood drop to the green strip window, and read the result in about 5 seconds. Record unusual readings and review patterns with your clinician. Consult the full user manual for coding, error symbols and memory functions.

Use only Accu-Chek Active strips, in date and stored dry with the vial capped. Very unusual readings should be repeated, and treatment decisions confirmed with a healthcare provider.
