Directions for Use

Wrap around the wrist with even, comfortable tension and secure the fastening. Supportive but never tight enough to affect circulation. Wear during aggravating activities or as advised. Remove periodically and at night unless directed otherwise. Hand-wash and air-dry to maintain elasticity. Check the size guide for fit.
