Micartel AMC 40mg is a prescription triple-combination medicine for high blood pressure (hypertension) that is not adequately controlled by one or two medicines. It contains telmisartan (an angiotensin receptor blocker), amlodipine (a calcium channel blocker) and chlorthalidone (a diuretic). The three work in complementary ways. Relaxing blood vessels and removing excess salt and water. Directions for Use
