    Overview
    Minoxin 5% Plus Solution (60ml) is a topical hair-regrowth treatment containing minoxidil 5%, the proven active for pattern hair loss. Applied to the scalp, minoxidil widens blood vessels and prolongs the hair's growth phase, helping slow thinning and encourage fuller regrowth over months of consistent use. The 5% strength is the higher-strength option, popular with men and (on medical advice) women experiencing hereditary hair thinning. For people concerned about a receding hairline or thinning crown, Minoxin offers an established, non-surgical option to use at home.

    Active: Minoxidil 5% w/v. Solution base includes alcohol and propylene glycol. ('Plus' formulation may add supporting agents. Confirm full composition on packaging.)

    Directions for Use
    Apply to a dry scalp. Using the dropper, apply 1ml to the affected area of the scalp twice daily (morning and night) and massage in gently with the fingertips. Wash your hands afterwards. Do not wash the hair for at least 4 hours. Be patient and consistent. Visible results usually take 3-4 months, and benefits are maintained only with continued use; stopping reverses the gains. Do not apply to broken or irritated scalp.

    For external scalp use only. Keep away from the eyes and broken skin. Some increased shedding in the first weeks is normal as new hair cycles in. Do not use if you have no family history of hair loss, sudden patchy loss, or a red, inflamed or painful scalp without seeing a doctor first. Can cause scalp irritation or unwanted facial hair if it spreads. Caution with heart conditions. Avoid in pregnancy and breastfeeding. Store below 25°C, away from flame (contains alcohol).
