MTM 100mg (sildenafil) is a prescription medicine for erectile dysfunction in adult men. Difficulty getting or keeping an erection firm enough for sex. Sildenafil is a PDE5 inhibitor that increases blood flow to the penis in response to sexual stimulation, helping achieve and maintain an erection. It works only when you are sexually aroused. Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Use only as directed by your doctor. Sildenafil is taken as needed, usually about one hour before sexual activity (it can be taken from 30 minutes to a few hours before). It works only with sexual stimulation. Do not take more than one dose in 24 hours. A heavy or high-fat meal may delay how quickly it works. Do not combine with other ED medicines.

This is a prescription medicine. NEVER take it with nitrate heart medicines (for chest pain) or certain 'poppers' (amyl nitrite), as the combination can cause a dangerous, sudden drop in blood pressure. Tell your doctor about heart disease, low or high blood pressure, recent stroke or heart attack, liver or kidney problems, or eye conditions. Seek urgent help for an erection lasting over 4 hours, chest pain during sex, or sudden vision/hearing loss. Tell your doctor about all other medicines (including alpha-blockers).
