Directions for Use

Place a pad inside your bra with the soft side against the breast, covering the nipple. Change to a fresh, dry pad whenever it becomes damp, and at least every few hours, to keep the skin dry. Wash used pads with mild detergent (as the care label advises), rinse well and dry fully before reuse. Keep a few pairs in rotation.

For external use as breast/nursing pads. Change and wash promptly when damp. Staying in wet pads can lead to sore or cracked nipples or thrush. Wash and dry thoroughly between uses for hygiene. Stop use if skin irritation develops. See a midwife or doctor if you have nipple pain, cracking, redness or signs of infection.
