Directions for Use

Shake the bottle well before use. Take by mouth using the measuring cup or spoon provided, following the dose on the label or your doctor's or pharmacist's advice. Commonly once or twice daily, ideally with or after food to help absorption. Use it as part of a balanced diet. Replace the cap after use and, once opened, use within the time stated on the pack.
