Natural Factors B12 Methylcobalamin 1000mcg Sublingual Tablets provide vitamin B12 in its active methylcobalamin form, in a convenient sublingual (dissolve-under-the-tongue) tablet for easy absorption. Vitamin B12 supports healthy nerve function, the formation of red blood cells and normal energy metabolism, helping to reduce tiredness and fatigue. This supplement is ideal for adults at risk of B12 deficiency, including older adults, vegetarians and vegans, wanting to support energy and nerve health.
Directions for Use
Place one tablet under the tongue and allow it to dissolve, once daily, or as directed on the packaging. Sublingual use allows absorption through the lining of the mouth. Use consistently for ongoing support. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
For adult use. Generally very well tolerated, as excess B12 is removed by the body. If you have a diagnosed B12 deficiency or anaemia, the underlying cause should be assessed by a doctor, as supplements alone may not be enough.
