Netazox DT 200mg Dispersible Tablets (6 pack) provide child-friendly nitazoxanide that disperses in a little water for easy swallowing. Prescribed for parasitic gut infections in children. Giardia, Cryptosporidium, amoebiasis and certain worms. The dispersible format solves the tablet-refusal battle while delivering the same targeted antiparasitic action. A practical option for school-age children with stubborn parasitic diarrhoea, completing the Netazox family between the infant syrup and adult tablets.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Use only as directed by your doctor. Commonly one 200mg dispersible tablet every 12 hours with food for 3 days for children 4-11 years (age-dependent). Disperse the tablet in a spoonful of clean water, stir and give immediately, with or just after a meal. Complete the full course and keep the child well hydrated.

Give with food for proper absorption. Mild stomach upset and harmless yellow-green tinting of urine can occur. See a doctor promptly for blood in stools, high fever, dehydration signs or diarrhoea persisting after treatment. Not for infants under 1 year except on specialist advice.
