Directions for Use

Wash your hands, then insert the tampon as directed in the leaflet, choosing the absorbency (Super or Super Plus) that matches your flow. Change every 4-8 hours. Do not leave a tampon in for more than 8 hours. Use a pad overnight if you may sleep longer than 8 hours. Always remove the last tampon at the end of your period, and wash your hands before and after.

For vaginal use during menstruation only. Use the lowest absorbency suitable for your flow and change at least every 4-8 hours. Tampon use carries a small risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS): remove the tampon and seek urgent medical care if you develop sudden high fever, vomiting, diarrhoea, dizziness, fainting or a sunburn-like rash while using one.
