Directions for Use

Line along the upper and lower lash lines, building intensity as desired, or smudge for a soft smoky effect. Allow the waterproof formula a few seconds to set. Remove with a waterproof or bi-phase eye makeup remover at the end of the day.

For external use around the eye area only. Discontinue immediately if eye irritation, redness or watering develops. Do not use with active eye infections.
