Directions for Use

Wash and dry feet, then wear the gel-filled booties for the time stated on the pack (typically 60-90 minutes), and rinse thoroughly. Over the next 5-7 days, dead skin peels away naturally. Let it shed on its own and soak feet to help the process. Do not pick or pull peeling skin. Use one pair per treatment.

For external use on feet only. Do not use on broken, cut, irritated or sunburned skin, or if you have diabetes or poor circulation in the feet without medical advice.
