Directions for Use

Apply a small amount to clean nipples after feeds, as often as needed for comfort. Confirm on the pack whether the formula needs removing before the next feed (many lanolin-style balms do not). When in doubt, wipe gently before nursing. Combine with good latch and positioning support.

For external use only. Persistent severe nipple pain, cracking, bleeding, or signs of infection (redness, heat, fever, flu-like symptoms suggesting mastitis) need prompt assessment from a midwife, lactation consultant or doctor.
