Directions for Use

Remove the backing strip and press the adhesive side onto the inside of your underwear. Change every few hours, or sooner if damp or soiled, to maintain freshness and hygiene. Suitable for light flow or discharge; use pads or tampons for heavier flow. Dispose of hygienically in a bin; do not flush. For external use only.
