Directions for Use

Remove the wrapper and peel off the backing strip. Press the pad adhesive-side down onto the centre of your underwear, fold the wings under and press to secure. Position slightly further back for overnight protection. Change every 4-8 hours. Do not wear a single pad longer than 8 hours. Wrap used pads and dispose of in a bin; do not flush.

For external use only. Change pads regularly to maintain hygiene and prevent odour and irritation. If itching, rash or unusual discharge develops, change products or see a healthcare provider.
