Taken Promimba -M Tabs for the last 3 weeks -1 tab after dinner. Haven't had any significant side effects and feel quite okay the following morning. Tried it in the morning during my first dosage days and felt nausea and dizzy. I would encourage taking your dosage in the evening- Cheers!
