Promimba PCOD sachets combine myoinositol, D-chiro inositol, Coenzyme Q10, L Carnitine, L Methylfolate calcium, Ascorbic acid and other minerals in the management and treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). PCOS leads to amenorrhoea, anovulation, oligomenorrhoea, hirsutism, and acne among others. PCOS affects 6-10% of women in Kenya and it is very often associated with insulin resistance. Promimba PCOD improves ovulatory function and several metabolic derangements associated with insulin resistance.
