Directions for Use

Sit and rest quietly for about 5 minutes before measuring. Wrap the cuff snugly around your bare upper arm at heart level, sit with back supported and feet flat, stay still and quiet, then press start and let the monitor inflate and take the reading. Measure at the same times each day and record the results. Avoid caffeine, smoking or exercise just before measuring.

A home monitor supports but does not replace medical assessment. Do not start, stop or change any blood pressure medicine based on home readings without your doctor's advice. Use the correct cuff size and follow the instructions, as poor technique gives inaccurate readings. Readings can be affected by movement, talking or an irregular heartbeat; if you get unusual or very high readings, or feel unwell, seek medical advice. Keep away from water.
