Directions for Use

Sit quietly and rest for about 5 minutes before measuring. Wrap the cuff snugly around the bare upper arm at heart level, sit with feet flat and back supported, and stay still and silent during the reading. Press the start button and let the monitor inflate and deflate automatically. Take readings at the same times each day and record them. Refer to the manual for full instructions.
