On Call Plus Code-Free Test Strips (50 pack) are blood-glucose test strips for use with the On Call Plus glucose meter. Each strip draws a tiny drop of blood and measures the glucose level within seconds, helping people with diabetes track and manage their blood sugar at home. “Code-free” means there is no need to enter a code with each new pack, reducing errors and making testing simpler. A reliable everyday self-monitoring essential for people managing diabetes.

Directions for Use
For in-vitro use with a compatible On Call Plus meter. Wash and dry hands, insert a new strip into the meter, prick the side of a fingertip with a fresh lancet and touch the strip to the blood drop until the meter reads. Record the result and follow your healthcare provider's advice on target ranges and testing times. Use each strip once and dispose of it and the lancet safely.
Single use only. Do not reuse strips. Use only with a compatible meter and before the expiry date; keep the vial tightly closed and protected from heat and humidity, which can spoil strips. Very high or low readings, or results that do not match how you feel, should be confirmed and discussed with your healthcare provider. Do not adjust medication on a single reading without advice.
