Paxera 20mg Tablets (28 pack) contain paroxetine 20mg, an SSRI antidepressant used for depression, and for anxiety conditions including panic disorder, social anxiety, generalised anxiety, OCD and post-traumatic stress disorder. Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Take one tablet once daily, usually in the morning, with or without food. Benefits build gradually over 2-4 weeks or more. Keep taking it even when you feel better. Never stop suddenly: paroxetine in particular needs gradual tapering under medical guidance, as abrupt stopping can cause marked discontinuation symptoms.

In the early weeks, especially in young adults, mood may dip or unusual thoughts can occur. Report any worsening, agitation or thoughts of self-harm promptly and keep follow-up appointments. May cause nausea, drowsiness, sweating, sexual side effects or weight changes.
