Directions for Use

For external use on the feet. Wash and dry the feet, then massage a generous amount into the heels and any dry, rough or cracked areas, ideally at night. For best results, use daily and wear cotton socks afterwards to help it absorb. Continue regularly until the skin softens. Avoid broken, bleeding cracks. See a doctor if heels are deeply cracked or sore.
