Directions for Use

For external use on the skin. Warm a little oil between the palms, then massage gently over the body, focusing on tense areas such as shoulders, neck, back and feet. Use enough to let your hands glide smoothly, ideally after a warm bath or shower and in a calm setting. Wipe away any excess and wash your hands afterwards. Reseal the bottle after use.
