    RIVAXORED (Rivaroxaban) 15 mg Tablets Bioequivalence: Bioequivalent to the innovator (Xarelto®) — comparative bioavailability data on file. Description: Oral factor Xa inhibitor. Uses: Initial treatment of DVT/PE (usually 15 mg twice daily for 21 days, then 20 mg once daily); NVAF when a reduced dose is indicated by renal function. Ingredients: Rivaroxaban 15 mg (film-coated tablet). How to use: Take with food. In the twice-daily phase, if a dose is missed, take it to ensure 30 mg total that day. Precautions (key only): Bleeding risk; avoid with hepatic disease with coagulopathy. Prescriber to assess renal function and drug interactions. Prescription medicine.
