Directions for Use

Adults and children over 12: take one tablet three times daily after food, with a full glass of water. Fluids help thin the mucus. Avoid taking the evening dose close to bedtime if you find pseudoephedrine keeps you awake. Do not exceed the stated dose, and do not combine with cough suppressants or other decongestants. See a doctor if symptoms persist beyond 7 days.

Avoid with high blood pressure, heart disease, overactive thyroid, glaucoma, prostate enlargement, and MAOI antidepressants (current or within 14 days). May cause insomnia, tremor or palpitations.
