The isotonic Sterimar seawater, rich in natural minerals, washes away mucus and irritants so baby can breathe, feed and sleep more comfortably, without medicines.

Directions for Use

Lay or hold baby comfortably, with the head turned to one side. Gently insert the soft nozzle into the upper nostril and give a short spray, then wipe away loosened mucus. Repeat in the other nostril. Use several times a day as needed, especially before feeds and sleep. Clean the nozzle after use. Confirm the age suitability on the pack.
