Directions for Use

For use in the nose. Gently insert the nozzle into one nostril and spray as directed on the pack, then repeat for the other nostril; blow your nose gently afterwards if needed. It can be used several times a day as needed to clean and relieve the nose. For babies, use the gentle infant technique on the label. Wipe the nozzle and replace the cap after use.

For nasal use only. Generally very gentle and suitable for frequent use, including in babies and pregnancy, but follow the age guidance and technique on the pack.
