Directions for Use
Take one tablet daily with your main meal, swallowed with water or a cold drink. Start when you begin trying to conceive and continue daily until pregnancy is confirmed, then switch to a pregnancy formula such as Pregnacare. Do not exceed the recommended intake.
A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet. Contains no vitamin A (retinol). Formulated for preconception use. Do not take with other supplements containing the same nutrients without professional advice. Iron-containing products are harmful to young children in overdose. Keep well out of reach.
