Directions for Use
Pregnacare New Mum: take the recommended number of tablets daily (as stated on the pack) with your main meal and a drink of water; do not take on an empty stomach. Osteocare: take as directed on its pack, usually one to two tablets daily with food. Do not exceed the stated dose, and take the two products as directed rather than doubling up on similar nutrients. Swallow with water; not to be chewed unless stated.
Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. If you are taking other supplements or any medication, or have a medical condition, check with your doctor or pharmacist before use to avoid doubling up on vitamins (especially vitamin A). Not suitable if you are allergic to any ingredient. If you are breastfeeding or pregnant, use only as directed for the appropriate product. Store in a cool, dry place.
