Pregnacare Capsules (30 pack) from Vitabiotics are one of the world's most trusted pregnancy multivitamins, carefully formulated to support mums-to-be throughout all of pregnancy. Each capsule provides 400µg folic acid, which contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy, plus vitamin D as recommended for pregnant women, iron to support normal red blood cell formation, and vitamin B12, zinc and other essential micronutrients. All at levels designed to be safe in pregnancy, without vitamin A (retinol). A dependable daily choice for expectant mothers attending antenatal care.

Directions for Use
Take one capsule daily with your main meal, swallowed whole with water or a cold drink. Best started when trying to conceive or as soon as pregnancy is confirmed, and continued throughout pregnancy. Take consistently at the same time each day, and do not exceed the recommended intake.
A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet. Designed for use during pregnancy. Contains no vitamin A (retinol). Do not combine with other supplements containing the same nutrients without professional advice. Iron-containing products are harmful to young children in overdose. Keep well out of reach. These capsules have been working well for me, I like that it's just one a day with the required daily folic amount, friendly on the tummy too
