Pregnacare Plus from Vitabiotics is a dual-pack pregnancy supplement combining the trusted Pregnacare multivitamin tablet with a high-purity omega-3 capsule. The tablet provides 400µg folic acid, vitamin D, iron, zinc and a spectrum of essential micronutrients at pregnancy-safe levels (with no vitamin A), while the omega-3 capsule supplies DHA. Maternal intake of which supports normal brain and eye development of the developing baby. Pregnacare Plus is a popular step up from the original formula for mums-to-be who want added omega-3 support during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.

Directions for Use
Take one tablet and one capsule daily with your main meal, swallowed with water or a cold drink. Best started when trying to conceive or once pregnancy is confirmed, and continued throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding if desired. Take consistently each day and do not exceed the recommended intake.
A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet. Contains fish oil. Avoid if allergic to fish. Contains no vitamin A (retinol). Do not combine with other supplements containing the same nutrients without professional advice. Iron-containing products are harmful to young children in overdose. Keep well out of reach. Discuss any concerns with your doctor, midwife or antenatal clinic. Store below 25°C in a dry place.
