Directions for Use

Take one tablet daily, with or immediately after breakfast or a main meal, swallowed with a glass of water. Promimba can be taken before conception when trying for a baby, throughout pregnancy and during breastfeeding. Take consistently at the same time each day, and do not exceed the recommended intake unless advised by your doctor or antenatal clinic.

A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet. Speak to your doctor before combining with other folate, vitamin or fish-oil supplements to avoid exceeding safe intakes. Mild nausea, constipation or stomach upset can occur. Taking after food helps. Tell your antenatal team about all supplements you use. Contains fish-derived DHA.
