Telmicos 40H is a prescription combination medicine for high blood pressure (hypertension), containing telmisartan and hydrochlorothiazide. Telmisartan (an angiotensin receptor blocker) relaxes and widens the blood vessels, while hydrochlorothiazide (a diuretic, or 'water tablet') helps the body remove excess salt and water. Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. Telmicos 40H is usually taken once daily, in the morning, with or without food, swallowed with water.
