Telmicos AMH Tablets are a triple-combination antihypertensive. Telmisartan with amlodipine and hydrochlorothiazide. For high blood pressure that resists one- or two-drug regimens. Three proven mechanisms in one daily tablet: blocked pressure hormones, relaxed vessel walls and shed excess salt and water, simplifying complex treatment into a single dose.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Take one tablet once daily at the same time each day, with or without food, swallowed whole. Confirm the strengths on your prescription pack. Continue regularly even when feeling well and attend scheduled checks and blood tests.

Do not use during pregnancy or with sulfonamide allergy. Expect possible dizziness (rise slowly), increased urination initially, flushing or ankle swelling. Report persistent swelling or fainting. Electrolytes and kidney function may be monitored. Use caution in gout, diabetes and liver or kidney impairment; avoid potassium supplements unless advised and stay hydrated in hot weather.
