Tenoric 50 Tablets combine atenolol 50mg, the established cardio-selective beta-blocker, with chlorthalidone 12.5mg, the long-acting diuretic. Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Take one tablet once daily in the morning, with or without food. Never stop suddenly. Beta-blockers require gradual withdrawal under medical guidance. Continue regularly and attend scheduled blood pressure checks and blood tests.

Not for use in asthma, very slow heart rate, certain heart blocks or sulfonamide allergy. May cause tiredness, cold extremities, dizziness and increased urination initially. Report fainting or a very slow pulse. Electrolytes, uric acid and blood sugar may be monitored. Caution in gout and diabetes (low-sugar warnings can be masked). Maintain hydration in hot weather.
