Directions for Use

Take by mouth using the measure provided, following the dose on the label. Commonly a spoonful one to three times a day, or as needed to soothe the throat. It can be taken directly or stirred into a warm drink. Use for the short period needed during a cough, cold or sore throat. Reseal after use.
