Overview
Tofacinix 5mg (tofacitinib) is a prescription medicine known as a JAK inhibitor, used to treat moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis and certain other inflammatory conditions (such as psoriatic arthritis and ulcerative colitis) when other treatments have not worked well enough. It works by dampening the overactive immune signals that cause joint inflammation, pain, swelling and stiffness, helping to slow joint damage and improve daily function in adults under specialist care.
