Torleva 250mg Tablets contain levetiracetam 250mg, a modern broad-spectrum antiepileptic used alone or alongside other medicines to control focal (partial) seizures and certain generalised epilepsies in adults and children. Well tolerated with minimal drug interactions, levetiracetam has become one of the most widely prescribed seizure medicines worldwide; the 250mg strength supports starting doses and fine adjustments.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. Take twice daily, morning and evening at evenly spaced times, with or without food, swallowed whole with water. Take consistently every day. Missed doses risk breakthrough seizures. Never stop suddenly: discontinuation must be tapered gradually under medical guidance.

May cause drowsiness, dizziness or weakness, particularly at first. Avoid driving until stable and as the law in your situation allows. Mood and behaviour changes (irritability, depression, agitation) can occur. Report them promptly, including any thoughts of self-harm. Dose adjustments are needed in kidney impairment.
