Overview

Tramacetal Tablets (10 pack) combine tramadol and paracetamol. An opioid-type analgesic working in the brain and spinal cord with a trusted everyday pain reliever. For moderate to moderately severe pain that simple painkillers cannot control. Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine containing a controlled substance. Dosage is determined by your prescribing doctor based on your individual needs. Do not adjust your dose without medical supervision. Swallow tablets whole with water, with or without food. Use for the shortest period possible, do not exceed the prescribed dose, and do not take any other paracetamol- or tramadol-containing medicines at the same time.

Causes drowsiness and dizziness. Do not drive, and avoid alcohol completely. Risk of dependence with prolonged use; tramadol can cause seizures, especially with antidepressants. Tell your doctor every medicine you take (serotonin syndrome risk). Avoid with epilepsy, breathing problems, severe liver or kidney disease, MAOIs, in pregnancy and breastfeeding, and under 12 years. Contains paracetamol. Overdose harms the liver. Stop only as advised; abrupt cessation after regular use causes withdrawal. Store securely below 30°C.
