Urispas 200mg Tablets (90 pack) contain flavoxate, a medicine that relaxes the muscle of the bladder wall to relieve urinary symptoms. It eases the urgency, frequency, night-time urination, painful urination and bladder spasm that can accompany cystitis, urethritis and other irritable-bladder conditions. By calming bladder muscle spasm, flavoxate improves comfort and control while the underlying cause is treated. A helpful symptomatic option for patients with bothersome lower urinary tract symptoms under medical guidance.

Flavoxate hydrochloride 200mg per tablet.

Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. Usually one 200mg tablet three to four times daily. Swallow with water; may be taken with food. Use for the period advised and review with your doctor if symptoms persist. Flavoxate relieves symptoms but does not treat an underlying infection, which may need separate treatment.

Not for use with obstruction of the stomach, intestine or urinary tract, or with certain bowel conditions. May cause blurred vision, drowsiness and dry mouth. Take care when driving until you know how it affects you. Use caution with glaucoma. If urinary symptoms include fever, back pain or blood, seek medical assessment for infection.
