Overview
Varinil 10mg (flunarizine) is a prescription medicine used mainly to prevent migraines and to manage vertigo (a spinning sensation) caused by inner-ear problems. As a calcium channel blocker, it helps stabilise blood vessels and nerve signalling in the brain, reducing the frequency and severity of migraine attacks over time and easing dizziness. Taken regularly, it offers preventive support for adults who experience frequent migraines or troublesome vertigo. It does not relieve a migraine once it has started.
