Vesicare 5mg Tablets (30 pack) from Astellas contain solifenacin, a medicine for an overactive bladder. Solifenacin relaxes the bladder muscle and calms its over-activity, reducing the sudden, urgent need to pass urine, going too often, and urge leaks (incontinence) that disrupt daily life. Directions for Use

This is a prescription medicine. Take only as directed by your doctor. Usually one tablet once daily, swallowed whole with water, with or without food, at the same time each day. It works gradually over a few weeks, so keep taking it to judge the benefit; your doctor may increase the dose to 10mg if needed. Keep up any bladder-training and fluid-habit advice your doctor gives alongside it.
