Directions for Use

Brush thoroughly twice a day, applying a pea-sized amount to a toothbrush and brushing all tooth surfaces for about two minutes. Spit out after brushing and avoid rinsing heavily for best effect. For best results, use as part of a regular oral-hygiene routine including flossing.

For oral use. Spit out after brushing; do not swallow. Supervise children's brushing and use only a small amount, due to fluoride content.
